This is your typical Maxi Taxi and may have between 10 and 12 seats depending on whether configured for wheelchair lift capability. Bikes. Surfboards or Extra luggage needs to be mentioned. This is the only taxi for clients requiring a wheelchair lift for their transport. But it doubles as an excellent transport for bigger groups and for larger groups with Xtra, Xtra luggage.
Leave it to us to supply sufficient seating capacity to satisfy your every needs; we may achieve this by way of a shuttle/standby/multi Taxi service depending on your own particular requirements.
Ensure that you specify your preferred pickup time, which we shall meet +/- 15 minutes. In return for this flexibility we commit to providing you with a "call on approach" to advise you of the confirmed time. If your pickup is from the airport, we must have your flight number in the booking info and we allow 15 mins (40 minutes) after actual landing. Please ensure that your advised mobile is ON upon landing or within 30 minutes of any pickup time. We understand that restaurant pickups and others can vary, but any deferral can result in delayed next pickup as the delegated taxi may have relocated out of the area.
Our responsibility is to pick you up. On time. However if you are not contactable on your mobile or at the location after reasonable endeavour, the responsibility becomes yours to re-appoint with the allocated driver, who can be identified as a "missed call" in your mobile. It is a two way street.
We take our difference to the standard taxi service seriously and we invite you to advise us of any driver who disappoints your expectations.
